China's Mengtian module docked with its new, permanent Tiangong space station on Tuesday. After Mengtian’s arrival, an additional uncrewed Tianzhou cargo craft is due to dock with the station, with another crewed mission scheduled for December. Crews for these missions could overlap, as the country's space station has sufficient room to accommodate six astronauts.
